Mekong Delta Bluesman

A recording artist, multi-instrumentalist, singer, arranger, mixing engineer and producer, Son Vo has been writing songs for over 30 years. 

Growing up listening to many styles of music, his writing reflects just that. His biggest influences are classic rock, blues, Americana and country with hints of classic pop and reggae. 

Son is the bandleader of L.A. based jam band, Mother Jones, and also bassist for Jerry’s Middle Finger, the premier Jerry Garcia Band tribute act. Vo also performs throughout Los Angeles while continuously writing and recording at his home studio, adding to his diverse musical library.
